At MUNICIPAL, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in original condition. Whether it's a fit issue or a change of heart, we make the process seamless so you can get back to your training.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and secure the prepaid label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; you will receive a notification and your refund or exchange once our warehouse processes the return.
